Scott Gizicki is Public Counsel’s Director of Philanthropy. Prior to joining Public Counsel, he spent many years at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where he served as their Major Gifts Officer and Donor Stewardship Manager. Preceding his work at the Center, Scott served as the Assistant Director of Development at the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, and spent many years working in development at Equality California prior to that. Scott brings impressive and extensive fundraising, donor cultivation and major gifts experience to his role at Public Counsel.
Scott grew up in Michigan and received his BA in Communications, with an emphasis on public relations from Western Michigan University.
