On Giving Tuesday, stand with us in the fight to protect our future.

The 2024 presidential election results marked a pivotal moment for the future of civil rights, immigrant protections, and the rule of law. With so much at stake, we need your support to help defend our communities and ensure justice prevails.

On December 3rd, please join us for Giving Tuesday—a global day of giving and solidarity. Public Counsel is on the front lines, ready to fight back against harmful policies that threaten the progress we’ve made. But we can’t do this alone. Your support fuels this fight and strengthens our ability to protect the rights of those most at risk.

For more than half a century, we have been a leader in building a future where everyone has equal access to justice and opportunity. Your donation will directly empower us to:

  • Challenge unlawful policies in court.
  • Fearlessly defend immigrants from mass deportation.
  • Conduct trainings to inform at-risk communities about their rights and how to protect themselves.

Please mark your calendar to donate this Giving Tuesday and help us reach our $160,000 goal. You can also make your donation today—every dollar, no matter the size of the gift, strengthens our efforts to protect historically marginalized communities and defend our democracy.

Make your contribution and help us gear up for the legal challenges coming our way in the next four years. Then please share our goal: Follow us on FacebookInstagramThreads, and LinkedIn for updates and to amplify our message. Your shares can make a real difference.

Will you stand with us? This Giving Tuesday, make a donation to support Public Counsel’s fight to uphold the rule of law in the next four years.
