Scot received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. The next several years were spent designing and implementing computer systems for Southern California businesses in the fields of manufacturing, retail, legal, accounting and high tech.
In 1996, Scot joined Public Counsel as its Director of Information Technology. He has been responsible for the computer and information requirements of the organization including the development of a long-term technology plan. Major hardware and software upgrades have been and will continue to be implemented to bring Public Counsel’s level of technology up to speed as an important tool in the distribution of free legal services.
