We assist low-income veterans and their caregivers with VA Benefits claims and Discharge Upgrades. We prioritize the following types of cases:

• Discharge Upgrades for veterans who have:
  • A service-related mental health condition including PTSD
  • A service-related Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Experienced sexual assault and/or sexual harassment in service
  • Individuals that have been separated under ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’
• VA Benefits and healthcare eligibility for veterans with less than honorable discharges
• VA Service-Connected Disability Compensation claims for mental health conditions including PTSD and for those who experienced military sexual trauma
• VA Benefits for survivors, dependents, and caregivers
