We support small businesses that contribute to the cultural vibrancy and diversity of Los Angeles, but face systemic barriers that present challenges to their progress. Legal services that we offer include:
- Advice regarding choice of entity, commercial leasing, contracts, entity formation, intellectual property (patents, trademark, and copyright), employment law, vending contracts, lending agreements, and LLC operating agreements.
